Juicy Couture – Blueberry, Strawberry and Banana Goodness

photo 1I used to radiate a smug glow from my temple-like body when I reached my 5 portions of fruit and veg quota every day. This was quickly quashed when I was informed that I’d got it all wrong – apparently 7-a-day is the number if you want to look like Gisele (according to a recent survey by The University College London) . Cue the juicer!!!! I’ve now gone into frenzy of juicing, doesn’t really matter what – avocado, banana, strawberry, kiwi, you name it, it’s juiced. Here’s one I made earlier:

Ingredients:FRUIT

  • 1 Banana sliced
  • Handful of strawberries, sliced
  • Handful of blueberries (I always buy them frozen – cheaper and keep for longer)
  • A good dash of almond milk
  • Sprig of mint

 Method:

1. Bung it in a bowl and blend it. Simples. Chuck the mint on top to make it look fancy.Before blending

Directions for use: Well HELLO bikini body!
